The Appraisal Associates of Denver is located in the building on the West side of Colorado Boulevard - across from the Super Target at Alameda. You'll see a DAZ BOG coffee sign at the front, it's hard to miss. We're slightly behind the Holiday Inn Select and the Conoco WaterWays Car Wash. From Colorado Boulevard South you can turn right into the parking lot. From Colorado Boulevard North you turn at Cherry Creek North Drive (at the Conoco Car Wash) then into out building at the red BOZ DOG coffee sign.

Cherry Creek is constantly abuzz as people take to the 42 restaurants, six coffee shops, 10 liquor stores and nightclubs, and 250 shops, salons and galleries. Most establishments are unique, small businesses with ever-changing inventory. The urbane restaurants and pampering salons attract a see-or-be-seen crowd.
